This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Previous conclusive report of this reaction
- Adverse reaction appeared after drug was given
- Adverse reaction improved with drug discontinuation or after a specific antagonist was given
- Adverse reaction appeared after drug readministration
- Alternative causes identified for reaction
- Reaction reappeared after a placebo was given
- Drug detected at toxic concentrations in any body fluid
- Reaction more severe when a higher dose was given, or less severe when a lower dose was given
- Subject had a similar prior reaction to the same or similar drugs
- Adverse reaction confirmed with objective evidence
