This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Fever (≥38 degrees C)
- Ileus by clinical or xray
- Hypotension with SysBP <100 mmHg
- White blood cell count [x 10^9/L]
- CAT scan findings of colonic wall thickening, dilated colon, or ascites
